AdoptOneBlock developed a new method of civic engagement and has reimagined the way we make our communities cleaner and happier. We enable each person to care for the block they love the most when and how they want with clean up supplies we deliver to them for free. Imagine: no scheduling to volunteer, no commuting to volunteer, no organizations to join, no fundraising. Simply care for the block you love the most and AdoptOneBlock supplies the tools, support, connection to community and we make it FUN! Since officially launching 3 years ago, we now have over 8,300 Block Ambassadors (volunteers) committed to cleaning up over 10,000 square blocks on a regular basis and are recognized as a force for good in Oregon.
