You don’t have be artsy to join the fun!

While we work on our individual do-it-yourself craft projects, we will informally chat about how we should understand personal resilience in the face of climate change.

DIY Bar is donating 10% of profits from this event.

A place for crafty (and not so crafty) people!

On this night, your craft project will grow the Climate Resilience Circle program of Cascadia Stack. Join the conversation with Founder Drew (they/them) about why Portlanders should build personal resilience.

Guests will purchase a crafting kit and we’ll sit together while sipping, snacking and exchanging perspectives and ideas.

Craft kits range in price from $39-44 and take 2-3 hours to complete. There are over a dozen different projects to choose from. Stack will provide coffee and tea, and a light snack; n/a & alcohol beverages are available for purchase. Drinks range from $6-8.

Best for kids over 10. Registration is recommended, but we can accommodate up to 38 people.

Topics to be addressed:

Why is it important to deepen our skills?
How do you stack resources for environmental stress and personal resilience?
What is eco-anxiety? How would you even know if that is what you are experiencing?
