Join us for a special Earth Day fundraising event for Oregon Wild, featuring three local environmental authors, local refreshments, and a fantastic outdoor-inspired raffle. Hear from local author Ruby McConnell, whose new book of essays, “Ground Truth: A Geological Survey of a Life,” was just released. Ruby will be joined by friend, humorist, and writer Peter Brown Hoffmeister, and Oregon Wild’s Chandra LeGue, author of “Oregon’s Ancient Forests: A Hiking Guide.”  These three local authors and environmental advocates will share their love for the outdoors through stories, and aim to inspire action to care for the natural world we are all a part of. Refreshments provided. Open to all ages.
